Teresa Guidice's bankruptcy case is not going smoothly. On Thursday documents were filed, which said that she and her husband failed to claim some money and two businesses on their paperwork when they filed back in October.

The documents accuse the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' stars of failing to report a $250,000 advance Teresa received for her book "Skinny Italian", plus two businesses: TG Fabulicious and 1601 Maple Avenue Associates, LLC.

I'm sure the paperwork was overwhelming, especially since there's over $11 million worth of debts they are filing on. I can only imagine how daunting the task is. Maybe it was just an oversight? Hopefully.
