Teresa Giudice And Husband Accused Of Fraud!!
Things just went from bad to worse for Real Housewives of New Jersey's Teresa Giudice and husband Joe.
US Trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis is petitioning their bankruptcy, claiming there are many "falsehoods" in their filing.
For instance, Teresa is accused of hiding a $250,000 advance for her cookbook Skinny Italian just one week before filing for bankruptcy!
The complaint also addresses Joe's "omissions" such as a "bank account, two pieces of real property, and vehicles" as well as accusing the couple of presenting false income tax returns to the bankruptcy court!
That is a major no-no!! You can't escape Uncle Sam - he will always find you!!
Better a find another way to make some money flipping tables fast before you land in jail, honey!
