VaneXXXa Sues Website For Posting Her Nudie Photo Shoot!

We're talking about the SECOND round of pics that circulated the Internets!

VaneXXXa Hudgens is suing website www.moejackson.com for posting nude photographs of the actress taken by herself on a cell phone. The lawsuit states:

"The photos were obtained by unknown methods and posted on the internet by an unknown person without Hudgens' knowledge or consent."

Probably leaked by whoever you sent them to, idiot!

The photos, which are registered by Vanessa with the U.S. Copyright Office, are still up on the website even though her lawyers cited copyright violation. Regardless, the company that owns the website, Butter Media, hasn't budged.

Now Vadge has filed a federal lawsuit, asking the judge for an injunction that orders the site to remove the photos as well as damage$$$.

Best of luck, but the world cannot un-see what has already been seen - your tittays!
